I am Lisle Sheldon Ford, a licensed private investigator and insurance adjuster/investigator in Texas and California, with more than 30 years of combined experience in law enforcement, safety leadership, and investigative work. My career path — from Police Officer and Deputy Coroner to Director of Safety & Training — has provided me with a deep, multidimensional understanding of human behavior, evidence analysis, and truth-seeking in complex cases.

A key area of my work is supporting and advocating for individuals on the autism spectrum who are involved in legal matters — whether as witnesses, victims, or subjects of investigation. I recognize the unique challenges autistic individuals may face in the justice system and bring both professional skill and compassionate understanding to ensure their voices are heard and their experiences accurately represented.
